Key Responsibilities
Conduct PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansDeliver therapy for strength, mobility, and functional recovery
Monitor and document patient progress in EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary therapy teams
Educate patients on home exercise and recovery plans

Qualifications
Active Florida PT licenseMaster’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Minimum 1 year recent PT experience
