Job Description
  • Junior Estimator with the ability and ambition to grow into an independent Estimator role
  • Multifamily estimating experience is required
  • Experience with commercial or public-use space is a strong advantage
  • Strong understanding of the local construction market
  • Comfortable taking ownership of work with limited oversight

The Successful Applicant
  • Assist with and prepare detailed estimates for multifamily projects
  • Perform quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, and pricing analysis
  • Support bid submissions and contract award efforts
  • Utilize Procore for budgeting, reporting, and cost visibility
  • Analyze subcontractor pricing, market data, and historical costs
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development, Operations, and Finance
