Job Description- Junior Estimator with the ability and ambition to grow into an independent Estimator role
- Multifamily estimating experience is required
- Experience with commercial or public-use space is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of the local construction market
- Comfortable taking ownership of work with limited oversight

The Successful Applicant- Assist with and prepare detailed estimates for multifamily projects
- Perform quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, and pricing analysis
- Support bid submissions and contract award efforts
- Utilize Procore for budgeting, reporting, and cost visibility
- Analyze subcontractor pricing, market data, and historical costs
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Operations, and Finance
