Responsibilities- Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring consistent execution and delivery of committed sprint goals.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies that drive decisions, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Coach teams and Product Owners using delivery metrics, flow analysis, and data‑driven insights.
- Ensure sprint outcomes deliver incremental business or customer value aligned to finance outcomes.
