- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Dakota or valid compact RN license
- Minimum 1 year of direct Med/Surg (medical-surgical) nursing experience required
- Experience with adult acute care, clinical assessment, and medication administration
- Comfortable and reliable working 12-hour night shifts
- Strong skills in patient monitoring, documentation, and EMR/charting
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education abilities
- BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association)
- Provide patient-centered care for adults on the Med/Surg unit, following facility protocols
- Perform thorough nursing assessments and ongoing clinical monitoring of patients
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate medical records and complete timely charting in the EMR
- Deliver patient and family education, including discharge planning and follow-up instructions
- Support a positive night shift care environment and promote continuity of care
