Job Description:

As a Bartender, you will play an integral role in the hospitality experience by delivering high-quality service and beverages that meet hotel standards and guest expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Take and serve beverage and food orders promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare and craft a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar counter, glassware, and beverage service equipment.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring the bar is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the hotel team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance service skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or similar environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and bar equipment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse clientele.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol as per local regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service training is a plus.
