Job Summary
A healthcare facility is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care during day shifts. This role supports nursing staff in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
- Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
- Assist nurses and healthcare providers with routine care tasks
- Provide emotional support and promote patient dignity
- Accurately document care provided
- 12-hour day shifts
- 3 shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Variable scheduling based on facility needs
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
- Previous CNA experience in a healthcare setting
