Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Alamosa, CO. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills while exploring a new location.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Colorado Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Client requires competency with common SNF documentation systems and care plans. (Preferred)
