IT Infrastructure End User Specialist-
We are seeking a high-energy, versatile professional to bridge the gap between heavy industrial technology and world-class IT service delivery. This is a "boots-on-the-ground" role where you will be equally comfortable troubleshooting production hardware on the plant floor and managing high-level stakeholder escalations in the office.
As a production-critical team member, you will ensure the facility remains operational while driving a culture of "making people happy" through proactive IT service management.
Key Responsibilities
Industrial Systems Maintenance (50%): Hands-on support of production-critical devices including PCs, industrial cameras, and scanners. You will manage IP addressing, Windows environments, and Office suites within a live production setting.
IT Delivery & Relationship Management (50%): Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations. You will act as the "face of IT," resolving conflicts and ensuring local users feel supported and heard.
Critical Infrastructure Support: Perform essential maintenance and upgrades during plant shutdowns. Note: This role requires regular weekend, holiday, and occasional after-hours work, as these are the most vital windows for industrial IT intervention.
Technical Problem Solving: Independently diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues without waiting for external direction.Agile Coordination: Utilize JIRA and Agile methodologies to track workflows and maintain transparency on project statuses.
