education: High School

• Set up using the settings and operate Cincinnati press brake machine, ensuring proper tooling selection, and machine calibration for each job.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints to produce accurate metal parts.
• Program CNC (Computer Numerical Control) press brakes for complex bending operations, optimizing efficiency and precision.
• Turns adjustment screws to set specified pressure of ram and clearance between does to thickness of metal, as indicated by calibrated scale or feelers.
• Conduct routine inspections of finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensional accuracy.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process, identifying and addressing any deviations or defects promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed during operation.
• Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of projects.
