Establishes robust quality evaluation and control systems for assembly, integration and test of complex electronic & mechanical assemblies
Leads support activities across programs ranging from hardware inspections, evaluation of incoming material, electrical test and inspection of build of assemblies
Expert with FRB/MRB activities, overseeing issue closure and strategic cross-company implementation of systemic preventive corrective actions
Expert RCCA practitioner of problem-solving methodologies
Strong performance history with generating professional presentations, technical reports and in-depth case studies
Communicates within and outside of own function or business area and has responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g., DCMA, prime customers, key vendors, etc.) when necessary
Experience support depot and working with DCMA
Customer interface is required
Expertise with IPC standards for hi-performance soldering, coating, connector assembly
Expert understanding of AS9100
Microsoft Office proficiency

Supports team efforts to achieve efficient resolution of issues without compromise to quality.
Qualifications: Requires comprehensive level knowledge of job area.
May have in-depth knowledge of project management.Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
