Clinical Application Administrator - Imaging

Job Summary

Due to our continued growth, we are in search of qualified and focused individuals for a vital role in our Core Lab department. Our Clinical Application Support role works closely with different teams to help identify technical and user support issues of our internal software applications.

This position will assist in troubleshooting, problem resolution and end user training. In addition, you will collaborate with our software engineers and IT infrastructure while providing exceptional support for both our internal and external users.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between end users and application development teams while maintaining the interests of end users; Perform Medical Imaging commercial off-the-shelf applications maintenance, testing and validation
Develop and implement approaches for the use of software applications as they apply to individual users and study teams; Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and other documentation for projects
Ensure medical imaging system design, interface functionality, and clinical processes are coordinated and functioning effectively
Deliver hands-on training for medical imaging applications to internal and external users
Experience in the regulated healthcare industry is a plus
Write SQL queries to interact with reporting database when setting up data feeds and integrations, and

Perform other system-related tasks to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems (or a related field) or Life Sciences and 3 years of experience in the clinical research industry or 3 years of experience as a system administration in a health care field; Good organizational skills, very detail oriented, flexible, and possess good communication skills; Ability to interact with staff and external users from multiple countries; Must be able to work concurrently on several projects, each with specific requirements that may differ from project to project; Competent in installation and troubleshooting of software
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies/applications; Familiar with field's concepts, practices, and procedures;
