Patient Service Representative
Overview:
- Department: Family Practice
- Schedule: Monday-Friday and occasional Saturday

Responsibilities:
Responsible for greeting customers, providing information, and communicating with other departments. Responsible for appointment scheduling.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service.
- Six (6) months experience in a health care setting and office equipment preferred.
- Current BLS certificate.
