Position Description:
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for performing client evaluations, developing and providing occupational therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each patient.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in OT, or Doctor of OT: Required only if obtained license on or after January of 2016, or foreign equivalent.
- PT license.
- 2 years OT experience.
- CPR/BLS.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Local candidates accepted as well. Rate is $62/Hour.
