Job Description

Lead day-to-day on-site operations for commercial renovation projects, ensuring schedule, safety, and quality targets are met.
  • Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and field personnel
  • Maintain project schedule and proactively address delays
  • Ensure safety compliance and enforce jobsite standards
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and office team
  • Communicate with clients, inspectors, and stakeholders
  • Maintain daily reports, logs, and project documentation

The Successful Applicant

A polished, organized Superintendent who can independently manage projects while confidently representing the company in front of clients and subcontractors.
  • 10+ years of construction experience, ideally as a Superintendent
  • Proven ability to run projects independently (true mid-level)
  • Strong background in commercial renovations ($5M+)
  • Education/K-12 project experience highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills; client-facing when needed
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to drive schedules
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable with MS Office and construction software
