Job Description
Lead day-to-day on-site operations for commercial renovation projects, ensuring schedule, safety, and quality targets are met.- Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and field personnel
- Maintain project schedule and proactively address delays
- Ensure safety compliance and enforce jobsite standards
- Collaborate with Project Managers and office team
- Communicate with clients, inspectors, and stakeholders
- Maintain daily reports, logs, and project documentation

The Successful Applicant
A polished, organized Superintendent who can independently manage projects while confidently representing the company in front of clients and subcontractors.- 10+ years of construction experience, ideally as a Superintendent
- Proven ability to run projects independently (true mid-level)
- Strong background in commercial renovations ($5M+)
- Education/K-12 project experience highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills; client-facing when needed
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to drive schedules
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with MS Office and construction software
