Customer-Focused Service Advisor Opportunity
A well-established automotive dealership in the Kent County Delaware area is seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. This role serves as the primary connection between customers and the service department, helping ensure a smooth and positive repair and maintenance experience.

Schedule: Monday through Friday. No weekends required.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers and provide a professional service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.
- Gather vehicle concerns and accurately document repair requests.
- Communicate customer needs with technicians and service personnel.
- Prepare service recommendations and maintenance schedules.
- Present repair estimates and obtain customer authorization.
- Provide regular updates regarding vehicle status and completion timelines.
- Assist with warranty and service contract administration.
- Review completed repairs for accuracy and completeness.
- Explain services performed and associated charges upon vehicle pickup.
- Address customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain service records and customer communication logs.
- Support department goals related to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Previous automotive service advisor or dealership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Sales or service recommendation experience is beneficial.
- Experience with dealership management software is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
