In this highly visible role, you'll drive supplier performance, supply continuity, inventory optimization, and operational excellence while supporting critical business transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementation and stabilization activities.

What You'll Do:-Manage strategic RF commodity suppliers to ensure material availability, supply continuity, and operational performance.-Plan, schedule, and monitor material requirements, supplier commitments, inventory levels, and procurement activities.-Analyze supply and demand requirements while proactively mitigating shortages and supply risks.-Develop supplier scorecards and monitor key performance indicators, including on-time delivery, lead times, quality, capacity, and responsiveness.-Lead supplier recovery plans, escalation management, and risk mitigation activities.-Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, testing, deployment, user adoption, and stabilization efforts.-Participate in UAT, data validation, master data governance, go-live readiness, and hypercare support activities.-Drive process improvement initiatives involving supplier collaboration, inventory management, procurement, and supply planning.-Create dashboards, reports, presentations, process maps, and business documentation to support operational improvements.-Partner with sourcing teams to support supplier negotiations, cost reduction efforts, and working capital improvements.
