Patient Access and Scheduling Coordinator
Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join their team as Patient Access & Scheduling Coordinators to work in a fast paced call center setting. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive the care they need by managing high-volume communications and precise scheduling.
salary: $24 - $25 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities- High-Volume Call Management: Efficiently answer and manage 70–150 incoming calls and messages per day, ensuring a professional and empathetic patient experience.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for various specialty departments using EPIC (HealthConnect) software.
- Detailed Documentation: Create comprehensive messages by capturing full and accurate patient information for clinical review.
- Multi-Channel Communication: Handle both inbound inquiries and outbound calls regarding account status or complaints, directing issues for further resolution when necessary.
- System Navigation: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and scheduling systems to research patient needs and update records.
- Multitasking & Accuracy: Maintain high levels of detail and accuracy while navigating multiple screens and typing at a minimum of 40 WPM.
