The company delivers mid- to high-rise commercial and residential projects and is known for its strong pipeline, hands-on leadership, and high-quality execution across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
Job Description- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of a $70M, 12-story ground-up project
- Oversee project scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor coordination
- Work closely with ownership and senior leadership on execution strategy
- Manage site logistics for a complex urban build environment
- Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence throughout construction

The Successful Applicant- Proven experience managing ground-up commercial or multifamily projects ($50M+)
- Background in mid- or high-rise construction preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to run projects autonomously
- Experience working in South Florida construction markets
- $130,000 - $150,000 base salary
- High-visibility, flagship project
