IT Loan Application Support Mgr

The Loan Application Support Manager manages technology support & implementation-related activities, and provides business analysis for Commercial & Residential loan products.

• * Maintain the Loans platform.
• * Interface with internal users; serve as first line of support for issues or questions.
• * Provide support to Loan Closing Administration team.
• * Investigate and troubleshoot problems;
• * Manage relationship to software vendor.
• * Manage reporting platform.
• * Support & manage regulatory, risk, and audit activities.
• * Propose and execute improvements to platform and processes.
• * Supervise the Systems Administrator.
