Job Description- Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to maintain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Oversee site operations and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager & Lead Superintendent should have:
- Experience managing construction projects in the property industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee teams and resources effectively.

- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $170,000 annually.
