Contract Administrator
Saint Louis
Overview:
Under general Legal Department/Contract Administration supervision, this position supports TierPoint’s legal and business functions by assisting with contract preparation, interpretation, assisting with the creation and maintenance of a contract management database, and other specific legal needs of the business units in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
- Provides quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values.
- Assist Legal Department attorneys in the preparation and review of customer contracts and other agreements through the use of contract management software
- Assist Legal Department/Contract Administration in building and maintaining a centralized database of certain contracts and monitoring performance obligations under such contracts
- Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate internal and external customers regarding contract status and obligations
- Lead initiatives which accomplishes department objectivs through planning and evaluating department activites
- Work with CLM, CPQ, and CRM platforms
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to identify issues and help develop strategy and tactical plans for various department initiatives
- Ability to use Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and similar systems
- Ability to use good judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to use a PC, keyboard, and other standard office equipment
Qualifications:
Qualifications / Requirements- Bachelor’s degree with business emphasis or other degree plus 24 semester hours of business-related courses.
- Adequate professional experience and knowledge to perform Job Responsibilities

- 1-3 years general business or contract related experience
