We are excited to announce that our Level I trauma center is looking for a dedicated Trauma/SCC Surgeon and SICU Director to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care to trauma patients and are ready to take on a leadership role in our Critical Care Fellowship program, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based trauma care following established guidelines
• Lead the multi-disciplinary care team for trauma patients
• Establish and oversee a Critical Care Fellowship program
• Collaborate with the general surgery residency program
• Develop comprehensive care plans for vulnerable populations, including geriatric patients

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Trauma Surgery
• Fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care preferred
• Experience in trauma care and critical care management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
