Job Description- Support Project Managers with submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Track schedules, costs, and procurement for assigned scopes
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Participate in site visits to monitor progress and quality
- Leverage internal training to build technical and leadership skills

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Engineer should have:
- 1+ years of construction experience on $5M+ projects
- Exposure to healthcare, education, or light industrial work
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with long-term leadership potential
