About Our Client

Our client is a well-established, globally recognized manufacturer specializing in advanced power conversion solutions and EMI filters used in high-performance industries such as medical devices, aerospace, and semiconductors. With headquarters in New Jersey and international operations, the organization is known for innovation, quality, and a collaborative culture.

• Handle employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.
• Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
• Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Support payroll and benefits administration as needed.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving company culture and employee satisfaction.

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with strength in employee relations and performance management
• Proven ability to conduct workplace investigations and manage complex employee issues
• Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance
• Experience leading training programs and managing LMS platforms
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels
• Preferred: SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification
• Experience with ADP and/or SkillSoft is a plus

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually.
