4th Grade Classroom Teacher

A Saint Ann Catholic School 4th Grade Teacher is responsible for providing a faith-centered, academically rigorous education to students while fostering their spiritual, moral, and intellectual development.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Integrate faith-based principles and Gospel values into daily instruction and classroom activities
- Support students' spiritual growth through prayer, liturgy participation, and religious instruction
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development and classroom expectations
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and administration to support the school's mission
- Model Christian behavior and uphold the values and teachings of the Catholic Church
- Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and professional development opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification/licensure
- Practicing Catholic in good standing preferred
- Knowledge of Catholic doctrine and willingness to integrate faith into teaching
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to fostering a faith-filled learning environment
- Passion for working with children and supporting their holistic development
- Ability to incorporate creative and differentiated teaching strategies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Collaborative mindset and dedication to community building
- Classroom setting within a Catholic elementary school
- Participation in religious services, school events, and extracurricular activities may be required
