We are seeking an experienced SAP S4 HANA Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Finance (FICO) modules and proven experience in upgrading from SAP ECC to SAP S4 HANA. The ideal candidate will have participated in at least one full-cycle S4 HANA upgrade project and possess extensive functional knowledge across S4 HANA.This role requires strong collaboration with Controllership and Finance stakeholders, as well as technical teams, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of finance transformation initiatives.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.- Lead and support SAP ECC to S4 HANA upgrade projects, focusing on Finance (FICO) modules.
- Drive functional design, configuration, and testing for S4 HANA Finance processes.
- Collaborate with Controllership and Finance teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper integration and solution delivery.
- Prepare functional specifications, oversee development, and perform unit and integration testing.
- Provide guidance on best practices for S4 HANA Finance processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities during upgrade.
- Deliver training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
- Participate in cutover planning and go-live support.
Required Qualifications
Deep SAP S4 HANA FICO functional knowledge and S4 HANA upgrade experience
Experience with at least one full cycle ECC to S4 Hana upgrade project
Communicate effectively with team members, management, and product owners
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
Ability to direct and train other team associates
Exceptional documentational skills with standard tools for data flows, like Visio, PowerPoint, etc.
Bachelor s degree or other relevant work experience
