About Our Client

Our client is a reputable commercial general contractor that has been in business for over 100 years. They work across a wide range of commercial sectors. Right now they are rebooting their special projects division which handles their Tenant Improvement and Renovation projects across all sectors - typically these projects are between $500k - $7M in value.

The special projects team will be responsible for running faster-paced/smaller projects within the company, managing multiple clients at once.

Job Description

Oversight of project operations
Managing budget, schedule, etc.
Managing field staff, project engineers, and admin teams
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align project goals
Implement safety and compliance measures across all projects
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all project activities
Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of construction experience
5+ years of project management experience in a commercial GC setting
Experience working on hard-bid projects
Experience managing fast paced tenant improvement/renovation projects
Proven success managing multiple clients and projects at a time
Construction related degree strongly preferred
