Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg position in Kansas City, MO, requiring 2+ years of MS experience and a MO or Compact RN license.
Details- Inpatient hospital Med/Surg unit
- 12-hour night shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM), variable days of the week
- Will work four weekend shifts per six-week schedule block
- Floating required as needed; does not include floating to Telemetry
- No on-call requirements
- 13-week contract
- Active MO or Compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification required for consideration
- ACLS preferred
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required
- New graduates will not be considered for this position
- Orientation attendance is mandatory for all scheduled orientation dates
- An Occupational Health appointment (including drug screen, TB test, and physical) is required upon acceptance of an offer
- Holiday coverage required on an as-needed basis
- Candidates must have their credentials submitted by the Wednesday prior to the start date
