Job Details- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,200 - $2,310

- End Date: June 1, 2026
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8-hour days)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Assignment Type: Travel nurse / travel assignment (home health, hospice RN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon (Washington RN license a bonus)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; hospice, palliative care, or homecare experience preferred
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic charting system preferred
- Strong communication, clinical assessment, and organizational skills for home health nursing
- Provide compassionate hospice and palliative care to patients in their homes throughout Portland and nearby communities
- Perform patient assessments, develop and update individualized homecare plans of care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; manage symptom control and comfort measures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, social workers, PT/OT, chaplain) to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate patients and family caregivers on disease progression, medication management, and end-of-life care
- Accurately document all care, communication, and care plan updates using EPIC
