Fulfillment Specialist/Warehouse Associate

1st/2nd/3rd shifts available

Auburn Hills textile print/cut/sew company seeking new team members. Brand new climate-controlled facility offering on the job training and competitive pay. You will be responsible for sorting products, garments, and components for fulfillment.
Thousands of products are manufactured daily therefore, there is a high volume of orders that need to be sorted and shipped. This role participates in the fulfillment process: sorting, put-wall operations, picking products, packaging, shipping, and product tracking.

May be tasked with cross-functional tasks (e.g., quality control/inspection).

Essential Job Functions

Learn all fulfillment processes and standards as it relates to all our products
Use software to help sort and organize orders
Perform various procedures related to re-work and other workflows

Qualifications

Ability to perform fulfillment tasks in the time metrics established, for the entire shift
Basic arithmetic skills
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Education and Experience

High School diploma
Must be willing to learn and adhere to standards
