Job Description
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reporting packs.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes to align financial performance with business objectives.
  • Manage month-end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis.
  • Monitor credit and collections processes, including aged receivables, dispute resolution, and cash flow support.
  • Support purchase-to-pay operations by reviewing supplier invoices, reconciliations, and escalated payment issues.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiencies.
  • Assist with audits, tax compliance, and ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification preferred, or equivalent hands-on accounting experience.
  • Experience with financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Exposure to credit & collections, accounts payable, or purchase-to-pay processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide business insights.
  • Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or service-based environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounting controls, compliance standards, and financial reporting systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
