### Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)** for a 13-week travel assignment at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, KY. The RN will provide safe, patient-centered care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality clinical outcomes.
### Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Monitor and document patient responses to treatment and interventions
- Provide patient and family education throughout hospitalization and discharge
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate care
- Delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and unlicensed personnel
- Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Mentor and precept staff as needed
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum **2 years of acute inpatient Telemetry RN experience**
- Previous Epic EMR experience required
- Current BLS certification
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or Nursing Diploma required
