Revenue Cycle Manager-Healthcare (Remote Position)

Responsible for supervising accounts receivable and collections operations within a specialty pharmacy and infusion billing environment. Oversees collection staff, payer follow-up, denial resolution, aging AR reduction, and reimbursement recovery efforts.

Position Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor AR and collections staff
• Manage outstanding claims follow-up and denial resolution
• Monitor AR aging and collection performance metrics
• Escalate payer reimbursement and underpayment issues
• Ensure accurate documentation within billing systems
• Coordinate appeals and reconsideration submissions
• Train staff on payer guidelines and collection procedures
• Collaborate with billing, intake, pharmacy, and finance teams

• 3+ years healthcare AR or collections experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Experience in specialty pharmacy, infusion, or medical billing
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and PBM billing
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Experience with billing and revenue cycle systems
