What You’ll Do:

Build trusted relationships with customers over the phone, virtually, and in person
Educate clients on insurance coverages by understanding their needs and tailoring solutions
Use strong problem-solving skills to address customer questions and concerns efficiently
Apply sound judgment and make “what makes sense” decisions that prioritize the customer experience while aligning with best practices
Provide support on billing, payments, and policy servicing
Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and improve overall customer satisfaction
Confidently multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

What Will Make You Successful:

2+ years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality
Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Natural problem-solver with the ability to think critically and make practical decisions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion for helping others and a genuine desire to make a difference
Confidence using technology and office software
Willingness to obtain your Property & Casualty license (we’ll support you!)
Ability to work in-office and ideally live locally
