We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant interested in working with a care model that delivers exceptional results in a post-acute and long-term care facility. This Contract opportunity allows you to service the geriatric population by delivering the best patient care possible.
Start date: ASAP/IMMEDIATE NEED
Length of Contract: 3-6 months(Option to go perm)
Work Schedule: Mon to Friday; 8hrs. required on-site to see patients
This position will serve the Rural Retreat, VA area. New Graduates are Welcome! Will cover H/T if traveling in from greater than 60 miles for the contract. (Will ire new grads) (Possible Temp to Perm)

EMR -- Gherimed/Point Click Care
