About Our Client

Our client is a well‑established, privately held commercial general contractor with a strong track record delivering interior renovations, tenant improvements, and select ground‑up construction projects. Job Description
  • Lead all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through close‑out
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
  • Maintain and enforce project schedules, sequencing, and site logistics
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to manage scopes, schedules, and field challenges
  • Review plans, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accurate execution
  • Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and punch lists
  • Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for inspectors and client representatives

The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • Background in tenant improvements, interior renovations, and/or ground‑up construction
  • Strong leadership and subcontractor coordination skills
  • Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
  • Safety‑driven mindset with attention to quality and detail
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
