Mail - Logistics Associate- Blain MN
Position Overview
We are seeking a person to provide coverage for a leave of absence in our Mail & Logistics service line. This role supports a fast-paced corporate environment involving mail processing, shipping, packing, and light copy/print production work.The company is a plant based hair, skin, and body care products company.
This is a team-based position with high variability in daily volume depending on business needs.
Assignment Details- Start Date: ASAP
- Location-Pheasant Ridge Dr NE Blaine, MN 55449
- End Date: 2026-07-31
- Duration: temp to perm possible
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $20/hour
- Print, copy, and production support tasks as needed
- Shipping, packing, and preparing outbound packages
- Handling varying daily volumes (approx. 25 to 250+ packages depending on workload)
- Operating UPS shipping systems and related tools
- Ensuring accuracy and timely processing of mail and logistics requests
- Lifting and moving materials up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work in a team-based environment
- Comfortable with physical, active work (including lifting up to 40 lbs)
- Experience with shipping/logistics or warehouse operations preferred (corporate experience also acceptable)
- Familiarity with UPS systems preferred
- strong attention to detail and reliability
- Business casual attire with comfortable, closed-toe shoes required
- Free on-site parking available at Aveda’s facility
- Mix of independent tasks and team collaboration
