Job Description
The Lead Superintendent is responsible for:
- Supervising all sitework operations, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Monitoring the progress of sitework activities and reporting updates to the project management team.
- Managing and resolving any on-site challenges or conflicts efficiently.
- Inspecting and approving completed work to ensure quality and compliance with project plans.
- Maintaining accurate records of site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment usage.
- Assisting in planning and scheduling resources to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant
The right candidate will have:
- Strong knowledge of sitework construction processes and techniques within the property industry.
- Must have project experience within sitework, excavation, civil, utilities, etc.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively on construction projects.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle on-site challenges with confidence.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to maintain project timelines and liaise with stakeholders.
- A track record of delivering high-quality construction projects within budget and on schedule.
