Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Tennessee Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Must not be a PTA candidate. Candidates who are first-time travelers may be considered. New graduates will not be accepted.
- Experience managing productivity expectations equivalent to ~60 visits per week and double-booking follow-up visits is preferred.
- Experience treating outpatient orthopedic patient populations.
- Ability to manage schedules averaging 12–14 patients per day.
- Prior experience working in outpatient clinic workflows and productivity targets.
- Shift name: Days.
- Guaranteed 36 hours with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
- Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week; clinicians will typically see 12–14 patients per day; double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
- OT overtime must be approved by the director before any OT hours are worked.
- Option for assignment within this clinic or a neighboring clinic as part of a travel team.
- Float to other clinics is not required.
