Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at our facility in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues promptly. Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and develop maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and breakdowns.Collaborate with production team members to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to analyze equipment malfunctions and implement appropriate repairs. Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Document maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts inventory, accurately and comprehensively.
salary: $62,400 - $65,000 per yearshift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM
