AI & Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI and automation strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of pediatric healthcare services
• Analyze current processes and identify areas for automation, including patient scheduling, data entry, and administrative tasks

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure AI and automation solutions align with clinical needs and best practices

• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and automation technology and make recommendations for implementation
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations when implementing AI and automation solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and robotic process automation
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations is a plus
