We are seeking a meticulous Compliance Review Specialist to support critical remediation activities. In this role, you will be responsible for auditing records for accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and driving the correction process across the organization.

This position is ideal for a professional who possesses judgment, thrives in structured processes, and maintains a high standard of excellence when handling sensitive associate information.

salary: $46.02 - $46.03 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities
  • Review records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established process requirements.
  • Identify discrepancies, omissions, or items requiring follow-up and apply defined review criteria to determine next steps.
  • Initiate and support outreach to associates to request corrections or additional information through an approved technology platform.
  • Document review outcomes, status updates, and case activity accurately and consistently.
  • Maintain organized tracking of assigned work to support timely completion and reporting.
  • Escalate exceptions, unclear scenarios, or higher-risk items to the appropriate internal resource.
  • Handle sensitive associate information with discretion and in accordance with privacy and confidentiality expectations.
  • May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
