What You Bring to the Table- Industry Track Record: 3+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain (electronics, hardware, or tech manufacturing preferred).
- System Mastery: proficiency with ERP/MRP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Navision) and advanced Excel modeling.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional data-driven problem-solving skills with a knack for predicting and mitigating supply chain risks.
- Clear Communication: The ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage high-stakes priorities, and stay cool under tight production schedules.

Responsibilities- Master Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and adjust daily or weekly master production schedules (MPS) to align manufacturing operations with sales forecasts and customer demand.
- Materials & Inventory Control: Coordinate with procurement to track raw material availability, monitor stock levels, prevent shortages, and minimize excess inventory (Buffer/Safety Stock).
- Capacity & Load Planning: Evaluate labor, equipment, and facility capacity to optimize machine utilization, balance line loads, and prevent operational bottlenecks.
- Work Order Management: Issue, monitor, and prioritize production work orders, shop floor schedules, and job routing to ensure on-time delivery.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with supply chain, sales, procurement, warehouse, and quality assurance teams to manage lead times and adapt to order changes.
- Performance Tracking & Process Improvement: Track key operational metrics (such as On-Time In-Full delivery rates and schedule attainment) and utilize ERP/MRP systems to streamline manufacturing workflows.
