The Home Health Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across multiple counties. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered home health services, supporting patients with ongoing medical needs, and ensuring safe, coordinated care while working independently in the field.
Schedule & Work Details:
- Weekly Hour Guarantee: 40 hours
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- On Call and Weekend Requirement: None
- Coverage Area: DeSoto, Tate, Tunica, and Marshall counties
- Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, reimbursed between patient visits from first patient to last patient
- Pay Rate: $51–$53 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled home health nursing services in the patient’s home in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Perform patient assessments, monitor health status, and identify changes in condition
- Deliver nursing interventions as indicated, including medication management, wound care, and patient education
- Communicate patient progress and concerns effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary care team members
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with home health standards and payer requirements
- Manage an assigned caseload while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work independently in a home health environment
