• Lead on‑site delivery of remodels and select ground‑up projects
• Own site planning, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
• Maintain safety, quality, and schedule compliance
• Partner closely with project managers and clients

• Proven Lead Superintendent experience in retail construction
• Big‑box or grocery remodel background
• Walmart project exposure preferred
• Strong Procore and Microsoft Office skills
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally
