Job Description- Oversee day-to-day field operations across NYC and Long Island projects
- Manage retail buildouts, tenant fit-outs, and commercial interior projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and jobsite logistics
- Drive schedules and ensure projects stay on track and within budget
- Maintain compliance with NYC DOB, OSHA, and safety requirements
- Lead daily logs, jobsite meetings, and progress reporting
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Maintain quality control on finishes and retail buildouts
- Manage inspections, punchlists, and project closeout

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 5-12+ years as a Construction Superintendent / Field Superintendent
- Experience in retail construction, commercial interiors, or renovations
- Comfortable working across NYC and Long Island jobsites
- Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 annually.
