- Active Respiratory Care license for the state of Pennsylvania (required)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting
- Critical care experience required—experience with ventilator management and mechanical ventilation is a plus
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days or nights)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
- Deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients in critical care and acute care units
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory disorders, including ventilator management and airway support
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain respiratory therapy equipment and mechanical ventilators
- Perform respiratory assessments and document patient care, progress, and ABG results accurately
- Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and safety procedures
