Our well established client is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve production operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented engineer with strong manufacturing knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to lead process improvements while working efficiently within budget and schedule constraints.Position Overview:
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effective production. This position works closely with production teams, vendors, and leadership to support both day-to-day operations and longer-term process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and refine manufacturing processes based on product requirements and production needsResearch, design, test, and implement manufacturing methods, tooling, and equipmentAnalyze workflows, floor layout, and equipment utilization to improve efficiencyEstablish and maintain product and process quality standards, including testing and validation methodsAnalyze production, labor, and material costs to support manufacturing decisionsPrepare reports by collecting and analyzing production data and performance trendsProvide technical guidance and manufacturing support to production teamsCoordinate equipment maintenance and repair activities to ensure reliable operationParticipate in design reviews and support project developmentTrain and mentor technicians as neededSupport continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
