Job Description
  • Support the Project Manager in planning and executing ground-up construction projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and review vendor contracts.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Participate in project meetings and maintain effective communication with all parties involved.
  • Identify and address potential project risks in a timely manner.

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • A strong understanding of ground-up construction processes and terminology.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
