Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager will support the execution of commercial and industrial construction projects, working directly alongside Project Managers and company leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Support budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
- Help manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
- Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project for tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with field teams and assist with site visits as needed
- Work closely with leadership and gain exposure to full project lifecycle
This is a highly hands-on role with clear visibility into becoming a Project Manager.

The Successful Applicant- 3-5 years of experience with a commercial general contractor
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Desire to further career as a Project Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field
- Team player with a positive and driven attitude
- Has interest to estimate change orders, pay apps, etc. but does not need to be able to bid projects from scratch.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast paced work environment
- OSHA certified
- Base salary of $80,000-$100,000 depending on the level of experience
